Villa Kerlouis in Saint Pol de Léon is a large stone villa situated in the Breton countriside and isolated from the road. It has a large courtyard, an open terrace, a covered pool and a lawned garden of 2000 square meters with trees and flowers. With its rustic style, it combines authenticity and comfort. There is enough room for 8 persons to sleep in it. The first room is on the ground floor and contains a double bed. At the same level two living rooms can be found and each of them contains a fireplace. In one of them there is a billard table. The kitchen, that can also be used as a dining room - is well equipped and there is also a shower room as well as separated WC. The tree other rooms are upstairs (one with a double bed and two with two simple beds each), another shower room and another separated WC. The outside gives the possibility to enjoy a very large garden - by having a barbecue for instance - and a covered pool.
